Price includes heating during winter months. For the wood burning stove, the first basket of logs is free, subsequent baskets at €5 per basket.

Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking. Full amount payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental together with a refundable security deposit, which will be returned at the end of your holiday (minus any deductions for damage).  

We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets, we like to keep the gite as a comfortable environment for anyone with allergies. We do have 3 cats who "own" the garden, but they are not allowed in the gite.

For the benefit of non-smokers, we request no smoking inside the buildings.

Rental period is from 5pm on the first day to 9.30am on the last day, with a minimum duration of 5 days. Usually during high season our changeover day is Saturday. However, during the Coronavirus pandemic, we like to leave little longer between guests, so our start and finish days are more flexible.

A welcome pack of food and drink is provided so that you do not have to shop immediately. Please let us know if you have any special requirements.
