Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking. Full amount payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental together with a refundable security deposit of 400€, which will be returned at the end of your holiday, minus any deductions for damage or additional cleaning (see the Booking Conditions, below).  

We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets, we like to keep the gite as a comfortable environment for anyone with allergies. There is a feral cat who “owns” the garden, but she is not allowed in the gite.

For the benefit of non-smokers, we request no smoking inside the buildings.

Our changeover day is flexible, as we like to allow a day or 2 between bookings, to ensure that we can prepare the gite to our high standard. This means that there is no specific check-in or check-out day or time. Minimum duration is 5 days.
