Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking. Full amount payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental together with a refundable security deposit of 400€, which will be returned at the end of your holiday, minus any deductions for damage or additional cleaning (see the Booking Conditions, below).  

We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets, we like to keep the gite as a comfortable environment for anyone with allergies. We do have 2 cats who “own” the garden, but they are not allowed in the gite.

For the benefit of non-smokers, we request no smoking inside the buildings.

Rental period is from 5pm on the first day to 9.30am on the last day, with a minimum duration of 5 days. Our changeover day is Saturday in high season.

Optional extras

For the wood burning stove, the first basket of logs is free, subsequent baskets at €5 per basket.
